Back in May, marked my on year anniversary working for Riverside Health System. Since starting with the company I have had 3 positions, 2 different titled, been the main assistant for 5 different recruiters, worked under 2 different managers. To say the least there have been a ton of changes since last year. It really has been an amazing year in Virginia. I really work with some of the best people. I work directly with 17 women and 1 guy and I can truly say they all feel like family to me.
The way they Riverside shows their employees recognition is by giving pins to wear on your badge. You get your first one on the very first day you start. The second one you get is after your first year. I am so happy to work for a company that I am proud to be a part of and to feel like we are making a difference.
