Bennett's first 4th of July didn't involve fireworks because of hurricane Arthur. All the displays have been postponed until Saturday so we decided to take Bennett to his first movie!
How to Train Your Dragon 2
Now this just happens to be a "kids" movie that Chris and I wanted to see - and I figured it would be somewhat entertaining for Bennett.
As you can tell by the pictures - Hampton Roads freaked out a bit over a hurricane that never reached us. Beautiful sunny day!

They just opened a new theater close to its so we thought we would check it out! It ended up being super busy so we had to see a later showing than what ee had planned. We walked to a nearby restaurant and had drinks and appetizers before heading home for a few hours. We forgot to binkie so Chris kept saying "no binkie left behind" which I though was super funny.

Finally got to the movie and Bennett LOVED it!
We were so proud of him because he did so good the whole time! No break downs or crying! He watched the movie for awhile, then I nursed him and he fell asleep!
I told Chris we need to go see more movies with him before he gets too much more mobile! Great first movie theater experience!
Also - how to train your dragon 2 was REALLY good! Maybe better than the first!
