So everyone that I meant has no idea how to spell my future last name... then I explain "it's polish" :) well knowing that Chris loves certain kinds of food that I have never been introduced to...
The other day we were driving downtown ad he mentioned that he drove by a new bakery that sold kolaches (which i had no idea what that was...)
So after going back down to the river trying to find the butterflies I found the bakery. Went inside and they had the Czech version of a "Kolache." I was told they normally are a pastry that has fruit on the inside and breaded on the outside. The ones sold here actually had a sausage on the inside. Based merrily on that fact that I wanted to surprise Chris I bought him one to try... I wish I would have taken a picture of it before he ate it...
