Georgia turned 2 on June 26th 2012.
Since a lot had been going on, I was a bad dog Momma and forgot to make her the cupcakes the day before like I had been planning.
I decided that instead of the cupcakes I had been planning on, that Chris and I would take Georgia to Dairy Queen for a vanilla ice cream cone.
This all dates back to my Grandpa Clyde. When Katie and I were younger, we were signed up with our dogs Ross and Henry for obedient school at the local Petsmart. Katie and I were still too young to drive ( I want to say we got Ross and Henry as puppies when we were maybe 10 or 11) my Grandpa would take us all to class and then after, we would go to Dairy Queen and we would all get a vanilla ice cream cone. The dogs loved this (and it didn't seem to upset their tummies) and I loved these memories with my Grandpa.
So in honor of Grandpa Clyde, Georgia got her first Dairy Queen ice cream cone for her 2nd birthday. Chris and I had upgrades with butterscotch dipped cones :)
As you can see Chris was excited to eat his!
She wasn't sure about it at first...

We decided this was our favorite picture :)
With all of her health scares this year it gave me even more reason to "celebrate" her birthday. We love you Georgia girl!
